Job Description

The Freight Flow Associate will safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stock, and organize merchandise throughout the facility. This role also includes inventory management, merchandising, member services, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards on the sales floor.

Responsibilities
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely according to company guidelines.
  • Receive, stock, and organize merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers.
  • Provide excellent member service, assisting with purchasing decisions and resolving concerns.
  • Maintain facility safety, perform safety sweeps, and report unsafe conditions.
  • Maintain sales floor and merchandising presentation; stock, rotate, and remove damaged/out-of-date merchandise.
  • Assist with club pick-up orders and ensure products are staged properly.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, ethics, and safety standards.
  • Track inventory, control shrinkage, and use inventory tools correctly.
  • Engage members proactively with technology services and support.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification
  • Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Retail Experience
  • Experience supervising a team
