Job Summary

Seeking a Workday Developer to support the early stages of a Peoplesoft to Workday migration. The candidate will work closely with end users to develop solutions and reports, troubleshoot issues, and support the integration and implementation of enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new solutions in collaboration with end users based on requirements.
  • Write and maintain reports using SQL or reporting tools (BI Publisher, Tableau, Crystal Reports, or similar).
  • Assist in Peoplesoft to Workday transition and integration tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
  • Work with APIs and enterprise systems to ensure data integrity and functionality.
  • Participate in hybrid work environment in Tucson, AZ.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Good knowledge of web applications and client-server architecture.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Workday and Peoplesoft.
  • Reporting and report-writing experience (e.g., BI tools, Crystal Reports, built-in reporting mechanisms).
  • Integration experience and Oracle development knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Experience with migration projects is preferred but not required.
