Team Lead – Global Product & Commercial Strategy Operations

Join Google’s Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations team, acting as the strategy, operations, and product commercialization partner to the Global Business Organization (GBO). Drive outcomes spanning Product, GTM, gTech, Marketing, and Finance, helping set agendas for executive leaders while managing strategic projects across multiple divisions.
- Lead time-sensitive strategic projects for GTM, prioritizing scope and approach in ambiguous situations.
- Work cross-functionally with GTM, People Operations, Sales Finance, Marketing, and Communications teams to manage and execute strategic projects.
- Derive insights from quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
- Prepare executive-ready presentations and program manage efforts on behalf of stakeholders.
- Drive coordinated product and commercial decisions across the Ads ecosystem.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
- MBA degree (preferred).
- Experience with executive stakeholder management across customer success, marketing, and sales functions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and articulate goals to executive teams.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and program management skills.
- Base salary: $147,000 - $216,000 per year + bonus + equity + benefits.
- Salary is determined by role, level, location, experience, and skills.
