Field Service Coordinator (Remote)

The Field Service Coordinator provides day-to-day supervision of Team Leads and Service Technicians across an assigned territory. This role ensures timely support, maintains quality standards, and oversees administrative and operational functions with occasional local travel and evening/weekend work.
- Supervise Team Leads and Service Technicians across the assigned territory.
- Ensure timely and effective support, resolving staff inquiries and complex customer issues.
- Maintain quality standards and inventory levels for Field Service operations.
- Identify reactive work order opportunities and communicate with management.
- Implement and support process change initiatives as directed by management.
- Manage team projects and provide administrative support.
- Act as an escalation point for technical and process issues.
- Work with Project Manager and Compliance Supervisor to allocate assignments, establish priorities, and monitor performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customer agreements, and Scope of Work.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent with five years of administrative support experience.
- College or business school training may substitute for up to two years of experience.
- Knowledge of office management practices, recordkeeping, and customer service principles.
- Skilled in communication, modern office equipment, and composing/maintaining correspondence and reports.
- Ability to present materials, work independently, handle confidential matters, and follow complex instructions.
- Bilingual preferred but not required.
- Remain stationary 50% of the time; frequent computer and office equipment use.
- Combination of field and office work; occasional local travel, evening/weekend work.
- Effective communication with various departments and staff.
