Job Summary
Support both executive leadership and office operations for a FinTech leader. This hybrid role combines high-level executive support with hands-on office management to ensure a productive, welcoming, and organized workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to C-level executives, manage multi-time-zone calendars, coordinate travel, prepare itineraries, process expense reports, and draft executive documents and presentations.
- Office Management: Oversee daily operations, maintain workspace safety and inventory, greet visitors, manage vendor relationships and service contracts, administer access/security systems, coordinate facilities, and plan office events and team offsites.
Qualifications / Experience Required
- Proven experience managing office operations for 100+ employees and supporting senior executives.
- Skilled in multi-time-zone scheduling, travel coordination, and confidential communications.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
- Approachable, service-oriented, and able to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Self-starter with proactive problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable managing vendors, contracts, and facilities.
