Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics and manage haulage arrangements based on client needs.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of organizational contracts and Incoterms to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor daily position reports and ensure progress aligns with expectations.
  • Collaborate with trade and inbound logistics teams to optimize shipping schedules.
  • Communicate with clients and transportation providers and deliver timely reports.
  • Perform quality control activities and handle sampling procedures.
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain data accuracy within relevant systems.
  • Process price fixations, calculate margins, and reconcile position reports.
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
