Customer Service & Logistics – HR Manager

Robert Half is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee customer service and logistics operations. The role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, contract execution knowledge, and the ability to manage diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate logistics and manage haulage arrangements based on client needs.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of organizational contracts and Incoterms to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor daily position reports and ensure progress aligns with expectations.
- Collaborate with trade and inbound logistics teams to optimize shipping schedules.
- Communicate with clients and transportation providers and deliver timely reports.
- Perform quality control activities and handle sampling procedures.
- Manage inventory levels and maintain data accuracy within relevant systems.
- Process price fixations, calculate margins, and reconcile position reports.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Oversee HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
- Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills for internal teams and external clients.
- Attention to detail and technical aptitude for managing logistics and contract data.
