The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Cook 3 to join our culinary team at Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley.
Responsibilities
- Knowledgeable in classic and modern cooking methods and techniques
- Set up and break down a culinary station efficiently
- Prep ingredients and maintain station cleanliness to Chef’s standards
- Maintain consistent plate presentation
- Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items
- Assist with quality, presentation, and kitchen cleanliness
- Follow departmental policies, procedures, and standards
- Maintain a “clean as you go” work ethic
- Work as a positive, service-oriented team member
Qualifications & Skills
- Culinary degree with work experience, or equivalent fine dining restaurant experience
- Passionate about food with prior similar experience
- Flexible schedule including weekends & holidays
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Stand for long periods; bend, push, pull up to 50 lbs
- Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the USA
