The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Cook 3 to join our culinary team at Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley.

Responsibilities

  • Knowledgeable in classic and modern cooking methods and techniques
  • Set up and break down a culinary station efficiently
  • Prep ingredients and maintain station cleanliness to Chef’s standards
  • Maintain consistent plate presentation
  • Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items
  • Assist with quality, presentation, and kitchen cleanliness
  • Follow departmental policies, procedures, and standards
  • Maintain a “clean as you go” work ethic
  • Work as a positive, service-oriented team member

Qualifications & Skills

  • Culinary degree with work experience, or equivalent fine dining restaurant experience
  • Passionate about food with prior similar experience
  • Flexible schedule including weekends & holidays
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Stand for long periods; bend, push, pull up to 50 lbs
  • Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the USA
